The Sublette Center is a non-profit organization, founded in 1978 by a committed group of local visionaries, including local ranch families, medical professionals, entrepreneurs, and philanthropists.

Prior to 1978, elderly residents of Sublette County had to leave the area to access long-term care or to find independent living services.

We are currently lead by a six-member volunteer board of directors, who are passionate about providing quality living for our seniors.

The Sublette Center is proud of its non-profit organizational status.
